TERMS AND COSTS OF REGISTRATION:
  • The deposit must be received to secure your spot in the course.
  • Full payment must be received one month before the start of the course to receive the  discounted rate.
  • No payment is required when submitting this registration form.
  • Bank account details for electronic funds transfer will be emailed to you.
  • Credit card and Paypal payment will incur a fee of 2.5%. You will receive an electronic invoice by email.
  • Payment plans will be tailored to each individual. An administration fee of $99 applies for payment plans.
  • Full payment is required before the commencement of the training and no early bird discount applies in this instance.
  • All prices/ fees are in Australian Dollars.

Registration  Policy
By registering in courses offered by Lymph Works you agree to provide personal contact details and genuine qualification documents, sign all required student and therapist agreements and complete the Certificate courses in either Applied MLD or MLD & CDT within 2 years of commencement.

Cancellation Policy
  • The following items are non-refundable.
    • Purchase of the Dr Vodder Level 1 Online Theory Course
    • Deposit of $250 for Practical Courses and face-to-face courses
    • MovinLymph Online Course fees
    • Bank charges associated with receiving course fees
  • Practical Course fees may be refunded if
    • The student cancels before the confirmation date* ($250 admin fee withheld)
    • The organiser cancels the Practical course (100% refund of practical fee)​​​
    • Participants may change their Practical Course location or defer without penalty as long as notification of such deferral or change is given before the course confirmation date*. Any difference in Practical Course fees in the new location must be paid by the participant.
  • Participants who change their Practical Course location or defer courses after the confirmation date* will be charged a further administrative fee of AUD250.
  • If registration in a Practical Course is withdrawn or cancelled by the student after the confirmation date* and not transferred to another class, no refund will be made.
  • Participants in Dr Vodder Courses should complete the Certificate in which they are enrolled within 2 years of commencing.
  • If there is a gap of more than 12 months between Practical Levels, the most recent Level must be repeated before progressing.​
* Unless otherwise stated, the confirmation date is shown on the Course Calendar.

A COVID specific cancellation policy will apply to all Practical and face-to-face classes in 2021 & 2022.*
​This cancellation policy applies to all Practical courses during 2021 & 2022, and should be read in conjunction with the Moving Lymph general cancellation policy.
  • If a Practical Course is cancelled by the Organiser due to COVID prior to commencement, all Practical course fees will be refunded.
  • If a Practical Course is postponed due to COVID before commencement, course fees will be transferred to the new dates and no refund will be made.
  • If you withdraw after the course has been confirmed, practical course fees will be transferred to the next available course and an administrative fee of $250 will be withheld.

Student and Therapist Agreements
Participants in Dr Vodder Courses will be asked to sign a student agreement and medical disclosure form at the commencement of each course. These agreements ensure that the participant;
  • ​Agrees not use the techniques taught in the Level 1 classes for treatment of pathologies
  • Agrees to participate in the practical sessions both performing and receiving MLD for each of the techniques and body parts covered in the training
  • Agrees to disclose to the instructor any medical condition which may be a contraindication for receiving MLD during the classes
  • Agrees not to copy or reproduce material supplied during the course
  • Agrees not to teach MLD unless the Vodder Schools International Instructor training program has been completed.
